Will I get candidates as per my requirements?

Once the position to be filled is shared, we have a formal discussion about the quality and expectations from the required candidate. We create a unique screening and shortlisting process (usually different for each client) which enables us to provide candidates that meet your requirement.

Can we come for drives?

Yes, provided you have a bulk requirement, we can plan and schedule an inhouse drive of candidates. We have the infrastructure to support many of your interview rounds (like online test, IQ test, Typing Speed test, Video Conferencing, etc.) so you can close position and give offers at our office.

What is your recruitment process?

Our recruitment process is different for different requirements. We source candidates using many online/ offline/Foot-on-Street, etc. methods which follow a series of screening and shortlisting rounds where the candidates are pre-qualified.

What processes are in place to promote the presentation and selection of qualified candidates? Do you provide any kind of training to the candidates?

All candidates are screened to match the job opening. As per their strengths and weaknesses candidates are groomed, resumes are tweeked, and pre-interview training is provided to all candidates. Depending on the urgency and availibility of the resources for a particular requirement, we conduct small training programs to make the candidates eligible and interview ready.

We work at all levels from unskilled labour/helper or executives to polished and highly qualified Senior level Managers/CEO/Directors.

HIRING LIFE is a professionally managed recruitment firm and works in a highly organized manner. All recruiters have to undergo a specially designed training program to be eligible for recruitment. Our monthly and quarterly requirement forecasting enables us to prepare with the contingencies of high/lows in business.

We have assigned Account Managers for our clients who have their targets for each client. Our weekly/ biweekly/monthly reports helps us understand the quantity & quality of service provided to each client. Where there is a gap, it is discussed and filled on priority.

We have a very transparent communication system and ensure a feedback on every candidate selected/rejected which helps us improve on every next candidates presented for interview. Any and every feedback is taken as an opportunity for serving you better.

At HIRING LIFE, we work with strict business ethics. We do not offer jobs to the already placed candidates until they come back for a change. Our recruiters are discouraged by not including such joinees in their targets. Also, working on an online HIRING LIFE software, they system notifies the recruiters if the candidats is already placed by us on job.

The data stored in the application does not have any download option. No external data drives on the system, restricted internet, monitored emails, etc. are a few best practices we follow to ensure privacy and integrity of the data.
